Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Nelzaro Apps website and products provided by Nelzaro Apps. By using them you agree to these terms. Product subscriptions are also governed by the order form or agreement you sign with us.

1. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping credentials safe, and for the data you enter. You must not use the products for anything unlawful or to send unsolicited messages.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is added once we are registered. You receive a written quote before any payment. Subscriptions renew for the period stated in your order unless cancelled before renewal.

3. Your data

You own the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and your data processing agreement. You can export your data at any time and on termination.

4. Availability and support

We work to keep the products available and will tell you about planned maintenance in advance. Support is available by email during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST).

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kallakurichi, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
